Marketing Manager

LHH is actively seeking a Marketing Manager to join our client's team! We're looking for someone with a robust skill set in overseeing agency partnerships, crafting compelling content, and who possesses a strong understanding of public relations. This is on-site position at our client's office in North DFW.

Marketing Manager

On-Site North DFW $80,000+

Responsibilities:

Manage relationships between agency partners and the marketing team to coordinate and guide creative projects

Serve as the primary contact for the PR Agency, leading biweekly strategy sessions

Develop editorial pitches and advocate for the company to receive awards and recognition

Supervise all print and online advertising for the business

Support the VP of Marketing with client requests when necessary

Compile and present monthly metrics reports to internal teams

Conduct quarterly competitive analyses for business units

Identify new lead opportunities through research and sponsorships

Develop sales presentations as required

Create new content and case studies with existing customers to boost brand interest

Lead weekly marketing meetings to ensure projects are progressing on time and within budget

Education & Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, product management, project management, business, or similar field.

5+ years of experience in Marketing, PR, Advertising (Agency or Client Side).

Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organizational and planning abilities.

Capable of multitasking and meeting strict deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, internally and externally.

Proficiency in graphic design
