Our client, a PREMIUM subscription service, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager to support the larger Paid Media and Marketing team. In this role, you’ll be tasked with working cross functionally and supporting marketing teams through fulfilling the day-to-day needs for end-to-end marketing campaigns (meaning paid social, display, OOH, paid search and organic Social experience nice to have. )
Hybrid in Culver City (not negotiable)
Pay $41.80 (also, not negotiable)
Length of assignment - Quarterly; with potential to extend 12 months
Key Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience with project management
• Knowledge of different functional areas that contribute to the marketing campaign lifecycle, including social media planning, media strategy, ad tracking, marketing measurement, and analytics
• Prior experience working with marketing teams and a general understanding of end-to-end marketing campaign process
• Experience in campaign management, including, managing budget and social media trackers, creative spec sheets, tracking docs, etc.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Airtable or similar platforms a plus
• Experience in music, entertainment, or other subscription services a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, navigate ambiguity, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Eager to take on complex problems and driven to always find the best solutions
• Aptitude for project management, process, and administrative duties
• Highly detail oriented and exceptional organization skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
