Ringside is growing on a significant scale and is looking to bring on a Sales Director, IT Staffing to oversee our Tech Staffing division. You will lead a team of recruiters and work closely with clients to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.

What you will be doing:
Identify leads for prospective clients through research, referrals from active clients, referrals from Consultants, participation in industry associations, etc.
Call on prospective clients to introduce services to develop prospects into active clients
Leverage existing client relationships to acquire new Leads
Develop relationships with Leads, moving them from Prospects to active buying relationships
Prioritize and collaborate Reqs for Recruiters to ensure best-matched submittals
Develop relationships with existing clients/contacts by being in regular communication with key influencers and hiring managers including regular email, phone, and face-to-face meetings
Develop an in-depth understanding of each prospective and active client's business needs, company culture, and the specific needs and job requirements of each hiring manage
Report all activities and results in ATS, daily, weekly, and monthly reports
What you bring:
A proven sales and account management professional with experience in the Staffing Industry
Fearless and self-motivated - Excited and motivated by the opportunity to grow a book of business. You enjoy prospecting, generating leads, developing an account, problem-solving, negotiating rates, and closing the deal
Excellent sales skills - cold calling, hunter mentality, proposal development, etc.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, listening, written (clear, detailed notes are a must), enrollment, and negotiation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where client requirements can change frequently
Ability to deal with conflict, persevere, and be resilient in the face of setbacks and challenging goals
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members to develop a cohesive and collaborative environment
