BODYARMOR Sports Nutrition (BASN) is looking for a Paid Media Coordinator to join our team. This is a contractor role.

The Paid Media Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day responsibilities associated with paid media campaign planning and execution across the BASN portfolio of brands (BODYARMOR & POWERADE). These responsibilities include (but aren’t limited to) paid media strategy & negotiation, in-campaign optimization/post-campaign reporting, creative trafficking, billing reconciliation, as well as coordinating product shipments to key parties. This person will work collaboratively with the rest of the paid media team, as well as with the broader corporate marketing department. Responsibilities will span national, regional, and international campaigns.

Working hand in hand with the Paid Media and Paid Social teams, the Paid Media Coordinator will play a crucial role in the implementation of BASN’s strategic media campaigns. Overall, priority media channels include paid social, digital, programmatic, OOH, TV/streaming, radio, and search, but all media channels will be considered and potentially activated against.

BASN is looking for a hardworking individual with a can-do attitude. Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must, as is a desire to learn in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting with paid media strategy and implementation across paid social, programmatic, digital, OOH, TV, paid search, radio, and new media for all brands.

Negotiation and planning with external media partners to ensure efficient spend and maximum exposure for the brands across key media outlets.

Liaise with field marketing and customer marketing teams to deliver regional paid media plans.

Execution of international paid media campaigns.

Trafficking of creative assets across all paid media tactics.

Budget setting & reconciliation; vendor invoice processing.

Management of <$1M - $20M+ budgets.

Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, budget, and timing constraints in a professional, efficient manner.

Product, merch, and equipment shipments tied to strategic media partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree required

Strongly preferred, no prior paid media experience required

Project management experience a plus

Familiarity and interest in sports a plus

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

High energy/self-starter

Ability to work effectively and efficiently both individually and as a team operating in a fast paced and ever-changing environment

Relationship Management

PowerPoint & strong presentation skills

BASN operates on a hybrid office schedule- position requires being in the office Tuesday-Thursday

Position may include travel (<30%) by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories

Position requires in-person attendance at annual company retreats/meetings
