Role Overview:

FRAME is poised for substantial growth in 2024 to 2027 and to support the growth, we are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead financial planning and strategy efforts. Reporting to the CFO, the Finance Director is responsible for leading the financial planning and forecasting activities, as well as budgeting and related reporting activities. In addition, the Finance Director will lead various strategic financial initiatives, among other matters including capital investments, debt management, retail and overseas expansion financial oversight.

Responsibilities:

Executes the strategic vision of the company by leading all financial planning and forecasting activities.

Sets the overall direction and defines the process of the financial planning department within the organization. Prepares financial projections for the business and directs the annual budgeting process.

Monitors corporate expenditures and departmental spending within the established budget.

Prepares financial statements, budgets and related financial reports. Designs and assembles the monthly financial reporting package.

Leads the information technology efforts in the financial planning and forecast reporting areas, as it relates to ERP, business intelligence, Point of Sale Systems, expense systems, etc.

Responsible for daily treasury oversight related to cash management including cash flow planning.

Works closely with the CFO on various strategic financial initiatives including asset acquisitions and brand integrations.

Works on special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

MBA strongly preferred, CPA a plus.

10 or more years of progressive experience in the profession including experience in financial planning and forecasting, financial modeling and leading teams.

Preferred experience in consumer products, retail and manufacturing and e-commerce environments

Knowledge of industry specific finance and accounting matters
