About the Role

As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to work across LG H&H’s family of brands, including LG Beauty, The Crème Shop, and The Avon Company. This role will be actively involved in growing awareness of our brands through experimenting with new tactics and strategies, grounded in data, and creative in approach to grow a fan base for our brands. You will gain hands-on experience and be exposed to multiple facets of the business that will enhance your skills as a marketer. Responsibilities:

Assist the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our brand vision and goals.

Handle administrative tasks, calendar scheduling, and basic administration for the organization.

Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share best practices with the team.

Collaborate with other departments, including design and merchandising to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.

Serve as point of contact for cross-functional project contributors, closely tracking all project timelines and troubleshooting (complex) issues as they arise.

Perform competitive analyses and market assessments as needed to support the projects at hand, thinking creatively beyond adjacent jewelry brands for ideas and inspiration.

Support with preparing presentations and materials for Senior Management as well as internal meetings with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

Graduated within the last 12 months with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising from an accredited college

Prior Marketing internships

Strong communication and analytical skills

Scrappy and results-driven attitude, ability to prioritize and multitask

Exceptional organizational and critical problem-solving abilities with experience analyzing data and insights

Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work well with cross functional partners with little oversight
