Digital Content Coordinator

About the Job:

As the Rye 51 & Q Clothier as Digital Content Coordinator you will bring a motivated and energetic work ethic to the team. You will report to the E-Commerce Director and Marketing Director. You will perform three key duties: Execution of our CRM/Email/SMS programs, deployment of organic social media strategies, and ownership of blog content.

Duties and Responsibilities:

CRM/Email/SMS:

Oversee CRM program.

Partner with E-Commerce Director on strategies, campaigns, and customer experience.

Build and schedule email and SMS marketing messages.

Create and maintain flows/drip campaigns.

Maintain and curate customer lists and segments.

Stay up to date on CRM industry best practices.

Organic Social Media:

Oversee organic social media programs.

Partner with Marketing Director on strategies and campaigns.

Take ownership of the social content calendar and develop a posting cadence.

Assist in determining social platforms to be utilized.

Respond to all customer messages and inquiries.

Blog Content

Oversee blog content calendar.

Create and publish blog content.

Collaborate with content creators.

Build content with a focus on SEO performance.

Additional duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, including social and email creation ideally with a fashion apparel brand.

2+ years of advertising copywriting experience

Strong experience utilizing content calendars for editorial work

Experience with long-form content writing

Experience with Klaviyo or similar email service provider.

Familiarity with Shopify.

Familiarity with Email,SMS, Social Media, and Blogging best practices.

Attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Excel and Word.

Proficient in Google suite: gmail, docs, sheets, drive.
