About the Role:

Job Title: Lead Vue.js Developer

Responsibilities:

Lead the Charge: Own and manage web application projects utilizing Vue.js as the primary front-end framework.

Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.

Technical Expertise: Deeply understand Vue.js and its ecosystem, constantly seeking new ways to leverage its potential for efficient and performant web applications.

Technical Breadth: Possess a strong foundation in various technologies including JavaScript, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Node.js, and experience with cloud platforms like AWS.

Communication & Collaboration: Foster open communication with stakeholders, effectively communicating technical concepts and project progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field (Master's Degree a plus).

Over 12 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on front-end technologies.

Extensive experience with Vue.js, including advanced concepts and best practices.

Experience leading and mentoring a team of developers.

Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and TypeScript.

Experience with Node.js and cloud platforms like AWS.

Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly web applications.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $130K – $160K annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
