Immigration Attorney

Seeking an experienced Immigration Attorney. Must have bar license in good standing. Ideal canidate would have experience in removal defense, experience practicing before the EOIR courts, and knowledge of asylum law.

Will be working in an smaller office. Currently one attorney with other paralegals.

Job requirements: coverage for master and merit hearings in Sacramento, Concord, and San Franciso EOIR courts. Some legal drafting of briefs, some court filings, completion of forms for USCIS, and attending interviews at the asylum office.

Knowledge of a foreign language not necessary.

Compensation will be based on experience. Starting salary $115k
