As an Inbound Sales Agent (ISA), you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, responsible for converting inbound leads generated from various sources into valuable appointments for our sales team. Your role involves prompt response to inquiries, effective lead nurturing and follow-up, and efficient management of client databases and workflows. This position is hybrid is based out of New York.

Pay $28-30 per hour as temp – 60-65k once perm

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for inbound leads, responding promptly and professionally.

Schedule appointments for the sales team based on lead preferences and availability.

Manage and update client and lead databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Conduct ongoing follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and facilitate appointment setting.

Practice and internalize scripts to effectively communicate with leads and provide accurate information.

Maintain focus and actively listen to lead inquiries, building rapport and trust with potential clients.

Demonstrate excellent organizational and time management skills to meet performance goals and benchmarks.

Utilize basic computer skills and internet navigation to manage lead databases and perform daily tasks.

Participate in career development and training activities to enhance skills and performance.

Set weekly goals and track key business activities to measure performance.

Maintain an "Ideal Week" schedule to allocate time for goal-oriented activities.

Attend training sessions and engage in role-playing exercises with the sales team.

Manage contact database system and follow up with new and existing leads.

Prospect for new clients daily and conduct lead follow-up post-appointment.

Manage 50+ new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.

Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 1-2 hrs/day.

Make 50 to 100 contacts per week following up with past clients, open house attendees, ect.

Make proactive contacts with past clients and open house attendees to generate new opportunities.

Provide accurate information and maintain professionalism in all interactions.

Acknowledge and address customer inquiries promptly and thoroughly.

Respond to all leads within one hour during business hours to ensure customer satisfaction.

Grant appointments within 1-2 hours of the requested time frame and delegate if necessary.

Offer additional options and services to non-responsive clients to maintain engagement.

Facilitate smooth hand-off to sales agents, emphasizing their expertise and credibility.

Optimize notes feature to record interactions and updates for efficient communication.

Required Qualifications:

A minimum of 2 years in customer service job experience that includes phone work and scheduling.

Communicates effectively with peers, superiors, customers, and vendors in written and verbal form.

Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts.

Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring.

Creates a sense of comfort and familiarity through their ability to build rapport.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Organized, systematic, and detail-oriented.

Results oriented and high achiever.

Basic understanding of computers and navigating the Internet. Help desk software experience is a plus.
