Job Function: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procure to Pay (P2P) Oracle ERP Solutions Analyst to join our new Business Operations (BizOps) team, as we embark on our journey to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. As an Oracle ERP Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing, and maintaining effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements in support of scalable solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Essential Job Functions:

Full lifecycle Oracle Cloud Procure to Pay implementation experience in a functional role.

This position is a hands-on role, responsible for the ongoing development, configuration, implementation, enhancement, testing, administration, and support of the Company's Oracle Cloud ERP system.

Acceptable experience includes at least five years functional responsibility with Oracle Fusion EBS including a deep functional and technical understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP P2P modules including Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management

Working knowledge of other Oracle Cloud ERP modules along with Oracle Cloud EPM modules.

Provide support to business users including timely issue resolution, root cause analysis, managing Service Requests with Oracle and working with IT department and/or third part consultants as required.

The Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Analyst (P2P) is responsible for all aspects of the Oracle Cloud ERP solution, including requirements analysis, design, configuration, integration, (assisting) User Acceptance testing, reports, solutions maintenance, and support, with a primary focus on the Procure to Pay functional areas covering the Procurement, Accounts Payable and Cash Management modules.

Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures.

Acts as a key liaison between other functional areas within IT and Business leaders throughout the Company to assess project priorities, identify opportunities for systems improvements or enhancements, and evaluate the success and impact of Financial Systems solutions on Company operations.

Secondary focus will be to provide assistance on other Oracle Cloud ERP areas when needed (e.g., General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Receivable) as well as Oracle Cloud EPM (Electronic Data Management, Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service, Planning Budgeting Cloud Service and Automated Reconciliation Cloud Service)

Ensures tasks are accurately scoped and conducted in line with company strategy, security, and governance guidelines.

Meets regularly with internal customers (Product Owners), identifying issues and opportunities, and addressing as appropriate.

Experience, Educational Requirements and Certifications:

Most preferred experience is Oracle Cloud.

Experience in construction or AEC Industry desired.

BS Degree or equivalent experience required.
