We’re searching for a Technical Writer to join our team and help take our organization to new heights. Our ideal candidate would possess a flair for writing and exposure to software development, computer science, and/or software engineering.

Responsibilities

Create external and internal facing technical documentation to support our integrations.

Adherence to our style guides and content specifications.

Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.

Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.

Work with internal departments to identify all documentation needs and continuously revise, edit, and update all existing documentation.

Research, create, and maintain informational content in multiple media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant technical field preferred but not required

3+ years of previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, including ability to consult with subject matter experts from software developers, support, QA, and product management.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

A positive attitude, willing to jump in and tackle new challenges.
