Title: Datacenter Technician

Duration: 6 month ongoing contract

Location: NYC – 4 Hudson Square, NY

Pay Rate: $27-29/hr

Visa: USC/GC

Compensation:

$27/hr to $29/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law Compensation.

Must-haves

-Enterprise level experience working as a Data Center Technician

-Strong Cabling experience

-Racking and stacking of network equipment

-Patch Manager toolkit with Ability to Patch and connect hardware via schedule and schematics

-Experience troubleshooting equipment

-Responsible, self-motivated & accountable for work duties

Plusses

- Certifications: CCNA

Day-to-Day:

Our client is looking for qualified Data Center Technician’s for their Fortune 500 financial client in the NJ/NYC area. This resource will be helping support the day to day operations of a 24 * 7 data center. Main responsibilities will include cabling, racking and stacking, patching and connecting hardware. We are looking for highly responsible individuals who care about the work they are providing and who work well in a team environment.
