Responsibilities:
Supervise AP Clerk
Review bank recs and monthly write-ups
Review A/P
Review deposits
Review commissions
Review wires, ACH payments and checks
Communicate with clients and their advisors
Communicate with accountants
Flexible availability (able to work nights and weekends, if necessary)
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience as a Bookkeeper and Account Manager, in a Business Management firm
Motivated, self-starter
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task and prioritize
Have terrific communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to problem solve, thinking both creatively and logically
Able to work in a team environment, as well as individually
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Proficiency with paychex
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong proficiency with AgilLink and DF Imaging is required
