HYBRID Product Manager IV

Onward Search is a specialized staffing and talent solutions company that helps professionals find top jobs with the nation’s leading brands. We’re looking to hire a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join us in crafting a captivating and user-friendly browsing journey. This role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the buyer's experience while also driving significant traffic through optimized search engine performance. As a core team member, you'll take charge of specific product elements, from planning the roadmap to executing, evaluating, and refining them. Collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business, engineering, analytics, research, and design teams, you'll identify customer needs, devise strategies, and test solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the roadmap and implementation of key products within the Browse experience.

- Analyze business potentials, devise strategies, and prioritize features accordingly.

- Present strategic plans to senior leadership on a quarterly and annual basis.

- Document and manage product requirements effectively.

- Oversee engineering tasks and prioritize the backlog.

- Conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and provide insightful reports.

Key Requirements:

- Ideally, possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Bring in 5+ years of experience in Product Management.

- Proven ability to coordinate and lead engineering teams.

- Familiarity with A/B quantitative testing methodologies.

- Strong inclination towards data-driven decision-making and achieving results.

- Demonstrated track record of successful product execution and delivery.

- Experience in user experience design and research.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable navigating large, matrixed organizational structures.

- Prior experience in e-commerce or consumer products is advantageous.
