Buyer

LHH is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Buyer to join our customer’s Supply Chain team. As a Buyer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely procurement of materials and services needed to support the organization’s operations. You will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing inventory levels to meet our company's supply chain goals. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and results-driven professional to contribute by delivering the highest-quality products to the company’s customers.

Responsibilities:

• Source and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery requirements.

• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable pricing and terms.

• Monitor and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly. • Continuously evaluate and optimize the supply chain processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Buyer or in a similar procurement role within the supply chain function.

• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management.

• Proficiency in using procurement software and systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
