About the Role:

Our client is seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization to optimize business processes and improve data insights.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise, innovative thinking, and business acumen. Additionally, this role includes leading and managing the Business Intelligence team.

Key Responsibilities:

Power BI Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.

Data Integration: Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, such as SharePoint, SQL databases, cloud services, and third-party applications.

Data Architecture: Design and implement robust database systems, expertise in ETL processes, data integration, and automation, with familiarity in data warehousing and cloud platforms.

Power Apps Development: Build custom applications using Power Apps, ensuring user experience, data integration, and scalability.

Power Automate Development: Create automated workflows to streamline tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Solution Design: Analyze requirements and design efficient, scalable Power Platform solutions.

Maintenance & Support: Provide support for existing solutions, diagnose issues, and implement fixes. Ensure solutions meet company standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Training: Train end-users on applications, document best practices, and maintain user guidelines.

Compliance: Ensure all data management within Power Platform solutions adhere to company policies, industry standards, and relevant data protection regulations.

Leadership: Manage, guide, and mentor junior developers, facilitating knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of continuous learning and data excellence.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Microsoft Power Platform certifications preferred.

Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, specifically in designing and developing solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Platform governance, and best practices. Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure, and other Microsoft solutions.

Compensation:

Salary range: $100K - $120K, based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
