Therapist

Position Summary: We are working with an excellent non-profit organization that is seeking a licensed clinical professional, such as an LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, or LMHC-LP, with a graduate degree, to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience and specialized training in treating individuals with mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Responsibilities include managing a caseload of recipients, providing ongoing therapy, and maintaining accurate documentation. The Therapist will participate in regular supervision sessions and engage in professional development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychotherapy, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and care management.

Offer individual, group, conjoint, and family therapy sessions as appropriate.

Assess recipients' needs and risks, documenting all services provided.

Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.

Identify and address the needs of high-risk recipients through individualized treatment plans.

Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of recipient care and progress.

Serve as a liaison between recipients and administration to resolve any care-related issues promptly.
