Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our HR team. The Junior Recruiter will play a pivotal role in identifying top talent to support our firm's growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within the fast-paced environment of the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition: Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to attract qualified candidates for open positions.

2. Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.

3. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

4. Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and gathering feedback.

5. Administrative Support: Assist with job postings, resume tracking, and maintaining the internal applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

6. Onboarding Assistance: Collaborate with Operations team members to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training logistics.

7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and best practices in recruitment to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office applications and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus.

A proactive and self-motivated approach, with a willingness to learn and adapt to evolving recruitment practices.

Passion for the financial markets and a desire to contribute to the success of a rapidly expanding start-up trading firm.
