Job Title: EDI Director

Salary: $195k

Job Description: The Director of EDI will lead and optimize EDI processes and systems. Key responsibilities include managing the relationship with OpenText, integrating EDI solutions with ERP supply chain systems, and supporting our global supply chain transformation to Oracle Cloud SCM. This role involves strategy development, system design and maintenance, compliance, customer onboarding, and operational support. The Director will also oversee EDI service providers and ensure effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Essential Requirements:

10+ years of EDI management experience, specifically with OpenText/GXS.

5+ years with Oracle Cloud SCM.

Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML).

Expertise in ERP/Supply Chain systems, processes, and integration tools (Boomi, Mulesoft, Tibco, Oracle Integration Cloud).

Excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership to the EDI team.

Develop and execute EDI roadmaps.

Design, implement, and maintain EDI systems.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and trading partner requirements.

Troubleshoot and resolve EDI-related issues.

Oversee customer onboarding and integration processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline EDI workflows.

Manage relationships with EDI service providers.

Foster strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

Develop team training plans and ensure ongoing professional development.
