Title: Senior Executive Assistant

Responsibilities: We seek an adept Senior Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior executives within the Legal and Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating autonomy, integrity, and exceptional organizational prowess. Key responsibilities include calendar management, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, stakeholder liaison, and contributing to project management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate executive calendars and manage meeting schedules

Handle telephone inquiries and manage voicemail retrieval

Facilitate business correspondence and document management

Plan and execute onsite/offsite meetings and events

Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries

Maintain accurate and organized files and act as a liaison between executives and colleagues

Contribute to project management initiatives as needed

Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned

Skillset Requirements:

Extensive experience in executive and personal assistant roles

Excellent English, grammar, written, and oral communication skills

Proven record of successful problem-solving and decision-making

Superior organizational skills, record-keeping, and attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and high energy level

Requires flexibility and availability for occasional travel and varied work schedules

Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and related software

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

"In accordance with the NYS Pay Transparency law, the salary range for this position is $130-140k annually."
