Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff, including drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.

Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and affidavits under attorney supervision.

Maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of client information.

Assist with case management tasks, including organizing discovery materials, tracking deadlines, and coordinating court filings.

Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

MUST HAVE Qualifications:

At least four years of recent experience as a legal secretary or legal executive assistant

Litigation or employment law experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
