Job Description: This position will be responsible for Sanitation of the processing and manufacturing equipment with the safety, the quality and speed required by the plant standards.

Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-12am, Friday 12pm-8:30pm Responsibilities: * Responsible for recycling materials, scraps pallets, and proper organization of loads in the recycle trucks.

* Clean and sanitize all equipment in accordance with SOPs * Ability to work in the freezer and cooler when required, cleaning floors, including: Freezer, cooler, Warehouse, and Production areas.

* Support for production, shipping and receiving departments when needed to cover vacation or breaks.

* Record Keeping * Follow GMP, Safety, and Chemical rules Experience, Skills, Education: * Understanding of production and plant processes * Analytical and numerical skills: ability to perform mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply, divide) in different units of measurements.

* Ability to follow written and oral instructions.

* Ability to lift heavy equipment, to bend, and to stand or walk for long periods of time.
