We're seeking a talented UX Researcher who aspires to transition into the role of Product Owner (Journey Mapping) to join our expanding team within the Telecom Wireless Business division! In this position, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience for our wireless business portal’s login and registration process. Your expertise in journey mapping, end-to-end ownership, and aligning resources will be instrumental in driving our objectives forward

What you'll do:

Become an expert on the customer journey: Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and map the customer journey for the wireless business portal.

Gather and translate needs into action: Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and translate them into clear, concise user stories.

Champion user experience: Partner with the UI/UX team to ensure a best-in-class user experience for the portal, incorporating feedback from customers and operations teams.

Own the data and report on success: Establish detailed reporting standards and track key metrics to measure user satisfaction and portal performance.

Agile Champion: Embrace the Agile methodology, utilizing tools like JIRA to manage the backlog and support project delivery.

Communication is key: Clearly communicate project status and progress to stakeholders, both verbally and through presentations.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree, with a strong background in business analysis or a related field.

Experience with customer journey mapping methodologies and tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Experience working in an Agile environment with familiarity with tools like JIRA.

Desire to create exceptional user experiences.

Self-starter with the ability to govern your own timelines and progress towards goals

Experience with login and registration experiences is a plus
