Litigation Associate

PBG is working with a boutique litigation firm on their search for an associate.

The ideal attorney candidate will have at least one year of experience in litigation or as a law clerk. DC Superior clerks are strongly encouraged to apply. Prior plaintiff's side experience is preferred but not required. This is a personal injury/wrongful death civil litigation boutique firm with a nationwide practice, outstanding reputation, and an impeccable track record of success. The firm handles high-profile cases, including matters for victims of school shootings, police misconduct, and other similar matters.

The firm operates as a small, tight-knit group. Associates will handle all aspects of litigation from drafting motions and pleadings, to discovery, to mediation, hearings, and trials. The practice is fast-paced and the growth potential is unlimited. This is a role for someone that wants to be a part of a small, collaborative team, and has a litigation mind-set.
