Associate Recruiter

Castle is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Recruiter to join our growing team! In this role, you will own day-to-day hiring operations for roles within the construction and remodeling industry while providing support to the Lead Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Own the recruitment pipeline: posting job ads, sourcing talent, screening applicants, scheduling and performing interviews, and extending offers.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring timely responses and a smooth candidate experience from A to Z.

Assist in the negotiation of employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.

Provide administrative support to the lead recruiter, including managing applicant tracking systems, updating job postings, and generating recruitment reports.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or related field.

Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

Proficiency with Google Workspace including Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Bonus points if you have experience hiring for outside sales roles or positions in the construction & remodeling industry.
