Hybrid 2x a week Skillman, NJ (then moving to Summit, NJ next year)

Required Skills and Experience *

- 4+ years of experience working with Data Analytics with hands on experience managing Tableau and PowerBI

- Experience with API integrations and using SQL and Python to pull, extract, and analyze data from Snowflake or other databases

- Experience working with project management tools like Jira or Confluence

- Ability to commute on-site 2 days a week to Skillman (then moving to Summit, NJ next year)

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

- Snowflake API

- Experience working within HR operations with workforce analytics and reporting platforms

- Experience working with Survey tools similar to Qualtrics

Job Description *

An employer is seeking a data analytics focused technical product owner for a large consumer organization. This candidate will be involved in the workforce intelligence of the business under the HR department within the IT organization. Candidates will work closely with the workforce intelligence business partners in understanding the data analytics requirements. They will lead the implementation and ongoing configuration of applicant tracking systems and look to optimize their talent access tools and technologies. Candidates will be working directly with the HR team to pull data from their analytics platforms and then transfer that data into their databases. They will also be expected to work on API integrations to help spearhead a project to have each other internal systems work together.
