We're looking for a dynamic Customer Service Manager to lead our team in maintaining exceptional service standards and fostering strong relationships with distributor customer service teams. In this role, you'll oversee B2B customer relationships, manage export orders, and ensure accurate order entry and pricing processes. Additionally, you'll supervise and develop our Customer Service team, facilitating communication across departments and overseeing Credit and Adjustments processes. As a key liaison for system projects, you'll analyze reports to drive insights and manage Web-Based Quotes for both Distributor and Direct entry.
