Job Description

Summary: Skyworks is developing products to address new and diverse markets including applications such as WiFi, RF infrastructure, automotive, and internet-of-things.

Responsible for the design, analysis, and implementation of analog integrated circuits such as amplifier biasing blocks, regulators, bandgap references, closed-loop feedback circuits, trim and calibration circuits.

Responsibilities may grow to include top level design ownership, and interacting with multidisciplinary teams to develop new products.

Overseeing the work of layout designers, test engineers

Job Requirements

Bachelor / Master's / PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field

Expertise with Cadence design tools including schematic capture, simulators, and layout

Strong communication skills, ability to organize information and present results clearly.

Advanced knowledge of analog designs such as bandgaps, op-amps, regulators, precision current sources in CMOS or BiCMOS technologies

Knowledge of feedback systems, poles and zeroes, loop dynamics

Basic digital logic, truth tables, digital signaling techniques

Basic knowledge of MOS and bipolar device physics, and the semiconductor manufacturing processes
