The Role The Construction Estimator is the liaison between sales and the various field departments in order facilitate projects through to completion.

You will help to run petroleum equipment projects of various sizes and scopes, from simple concrete replacement and dispenser repairs, up to and including complete "ground up" petroleum systems.

Daily duties include meeting with customers in order to accurately assess their needs and satisfaction with any ongoing work.

Coordinating and scheduling the various departments on a job.

Work with local and state inspection authorities to make sure all aspects of a job fall within compliance and pull any necessary permitting.

Determining and tracking job costs and extras to keep a job on budget, and to complete change orders as needed.

Work with sales staff in order to make sure everyone understands all aspects of the project as it was quoted.

The project coordinator will need to travel to jobsites in order to track progress and assess any issues that may arise.

The position will also require light estimating for smaller scale projects including minor repairs and basic construction work.
