* A well-rounded and creative culinary professional who can support and inspire team members.

* Detail orientated professional with excellent communication, organizational and time-management skills.

* Strong financial knowledge * Required Skills: * Experience working in a Michelin star rated restaurant.

* Fine Dining Restaurant Standard Knowledge * Food Safety Knowledge.

Safety and Sanitation * Kitchen Management * Menu Development * Recipe Development * Inventory Management * Leadership Competencies & Qualifications: * Five+ years of experience in managing high volume or fine dining environment, preferably in a supervisory role.

* Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of supervisors, management, coworkers, members, and external vendors to promote a positive and professional approach work environment.

* Ability to produce a high volume of work in a timely manner, which is accurate, complete, and of high quality.

* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial statements, professional journals, technical procedures, or and governmental regulations.

* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages.

* Actively practices food safety procedures.

* Able to train and motivate team.
