Maintenance Specialist I - Anderson Area Office

In this position you will perform the following duties: * Provide buildings and grounds maintenance for facilities, including maintaining equipment.

Minimum and Additional Requirements * Tenth grade education and three years experience in equipment, building and grounds maintenance.

* Requires basic electrical, HVAC, carpentry and plumbing knowledge, to include irrigation systems.

* Ability to paint and perform minor dry wall repairs.

* Knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and safety.

* Ability to analyze maintenance problems, recommend effective repairs and upgrades to buildings, equipment, and grounds.

* Knowledge of janitorial techniques.
