Company in Franklin Park, IL is looking for 3 Machine Operators, a Foam Head Operator, and a Compound Mixing Operator.

Responsibilities listed below!

Must have experience in warehousing, computer skills, and Highschool Degree or GED equivalent.

salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour shift: Third work hours: 11 PM - 7 AM education: High School Responsibilities Form Head Operator Production of Poly-ISO Insulation to published specifications.

Tasks include processing chemical at the foam head, operation of process control panel.

Knowledge of processing specifications, operation of production equipment, calculation of output square feet, sheet length, and linear feet.

Other skills include the ability to read gauges, meters and tape measures.

Operation of forklifts.

Compounder Mixing Operator Tasks include mixing and testing batches.

Knowledge of processing specifications, operation of production equipment, calculation of output square feet, sheets length, and linear feet.

Other skills include the ability to read gauges and take measures.

Operate the SFIS system and other control panels.

Operation of forklifts on hoist.

Machine Operators + Set up, operation and upkeep of equipment - saws, foam head, compounding equipment + Operate and troubleshoot dust collection and robotic stacking equipment + Monitor operation for deviations and communicate to appropriate personnel + Ensure quality measurements (thickness, squareness, width and length) are within specification + Assist as needed with all steps of the production process to ensure the safe and timely production of quality material + Participate in the plant's continuous improvement process The essential functions of this role include: + working in a smoke free environment + wearing steel toe shoes + working in a non-temperature controlled environment + manual lifting up to 50lbs + working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week + working weekends Skills + Computer Qualifications + Years of experience: 2 years + Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
