Registered Nurse - ICU Travel Nursing Job - Rapid Response Contract - San Diego, CA

Standard Healthcare is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse for a 13 week Rapid Response Travel Contract in San Diego, CA. You will receive a weekly pay of $3489.

Requirements

Current active Registered Nursing License

Minimum of one (1) year recent experience in an acute care facility

Current BLS and ACLS certifications are necessary

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patients’ medical information and vital signs

Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects

Record patients' medical information and vital signs

Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions

Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans

Skills Required

Familiarity with medical software and equipment

Ability to build rapport with patients

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The ability to listen and understand information and ideas quickly
