Specific Responsibilities Would Include

Centric Brands is seeking a Senior DTC Planner. The Senior DTC Planner will be tasked with forecasting sales and managing inventory. This role necessitates cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, sales, and production to ensure the successful achievement of key milestones and deliverables for all planning activities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and team player who takes initiative, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is enthusiastic about joining a team on a journey to accelerate transformation.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual and seasonal merchandise plans using historical data, sales trends, and market influences to ensure accurate sales and inventory forecasts.

Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team, highlighting key performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Manage in-season assortment: consistently monitor item-level sales performance to identify and communicate opportunities and risks.

Lead the Open-to-Buy (OTB) process, adjusting forecasts, receipt targets, and margin as necessary to achieve financial goals.

Forecast inventory monthly down to the item level to maintain appropriate inventory levels by continuously reviewing current trends, weeks of supply, and turnover.

Review monthly forecasts and reconcile them against plans. Make necessary recommendations to achieve plans.

Collaborate with the Sales team to develop plans that drive the Annual Financial Plan targets by leveraging historical data.

Develop and maintain reporting tools, including Out of Stock, Never Out of Stock, Sell-Thru, Top 50, and Ladder Plans. Utilize these reports weekly to identify opportunities for improving metrics to drive results.

Establish and nurture cross-functional relationships to improve metrics throughout the business.

Conduct ad hoc analyses to inform high-impact decisions and/or set targets for key initiatives, and analyze subsequent performance.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Bachelor’s degree.

5+ years of experience in a related role.

DTC/ecommerce experience.

Strong analytical and business acumen.

Detail-oriented.

Advanced Excel skills are highly preferred.

Ability to prioritize workloads to meet changing priorities.

Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range: $103,000 - $120,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
