Job Description
Cook food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items
Maintain work stations, including all countertops, utensils, equipment, and refrigeration in a clean and sanitary condition per health and safety regulations
Demonstrate professional and pleasant demeanor when interacting with visitors, vendors, and associates
Assemble a system of food stations and fill them with everything they need for the shift
Recognize and adhere to quality requirements for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products, as well as correct storage and waste managementQualifications:
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and other team members
Possesses a strong work ethic and have high attention to detail
Previous experience working in food service is preferred
Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storageAbout Company
