Monitor legal risk in real estate documentation and advise clients accordingly
• Develop and inspect land surveying projects
• Advise the company on title issues and environmental and insurance issues
• Represent their company in court, participate in trials and hearings, file appeals, and draft documents and legal pleadings
• Ensure that appropriate approvals are in place before real estate transactions are executed
JOB SPECIFICATION
• LLB with a minimum of Second Class Upper Lower
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in real estate law and industry knowledge that includes litigation, property management, and purchase and sale transactions
• Ability to work under pressure
