TRANSFORMER REWINDER - DAVAO

Job Summary:

Implement scope of work, repair, rewinding, develop and maintain transformer and/or components to required specifications, focusing on economy, safety, reliability, on time and quality.

Essential Functions:

Ø Data gathering like number of turns, measurements of winding and core

Ø Repair, rebuild, rewind small and medium-sized distribution transformers

Ø Operate of wire-coiling machines to wind wire coils used in transformers, and in electrical equipment.

Ø Select and load materials such as workpieces, objects, and machine parts into equipment used in coiling processes.

Ø Perform miscellaneous operations such as dismantle and clean parts.

Ø Stack iron core, assemble coils and connect as per as found data

Ø Assemble in tanks and connect bushings.

Ø Fabricate and or install new gaskets

Ø Assist technician during initial and final electrical test

Ø Assist technicians in filter/degas of transformer oil

Ø Drain and refilling of transformer oil

Ø Record winding data to log book for reference

Ø Paint the unit base on original color or as per customer.

Ø Help others with more complicated jobs

Ø Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification

Collage/high school graduate

With experience in rewinding of transformer not less than 2 years
