QA Engineer

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering(Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others) or equivalent.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skill(s): Planning, communication, Critical Analysis

Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities

Attends New Customer /New Product Qualification / Audits

Approves all 5Ms application (Internal). Applies External 5M to the customer

Identifies and Prepares Inspection and Testing SWI for Incoming & Outgoing Inspection & other relevant procedures

Coordinate Defective Parts / Materials disposition.

Identifies Inspection & Measuring Tools/Equipment

Supervises supplier’s rework/sorting activity for reported parts with quality problem ( whenever applicable)

Spearhead meeting for customer claim,feedback

Attends & Assist Product Safety Audit

Establish action/activity plan to meet section’s Objectives & Targets

Conducts Training & assist Inspectors

Follows, implements and maintains the QMS policies and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within area of responsibility.
