Qualifications

Essential Skills / Non Negotiable Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of relevant work experience in software testing or development. - Strong proficiency in JAVA or JavaScript or a related language (e.g., TypeScript, Python) for test automation.

- Solid experience with Web and API Test Automation - Proven experience in designing and implementing test automation frameworks.

- Deep understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. - Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab) and their impact on non-functional testing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working with cross functional teams.

- Proven ability to drive and deliver testing initiatives within schedule and quality requirements. Continuous learning mindset and the willingness to explore new technologies and tools in the field of software testing. Desirable Skills / Good To Haves:

- Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and their implications for non-functional testing.

- Extensive experience in non-functional testing, particularly performance testing using JMeter or similar tools.

- Experience with Security Testing

- Experience in Mobile Test Automation
