We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle inquiries from customers regarding their home security systems.The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.Additionally, the candidate will handle technical troubleshooting and coordinate with field technicians for on-site support when needed.
