Collection Specialist/ Tele Collector

Preparation of demand letter, statement of account or other basic info needed by tele-collectors

Consolidation and preparation of account for endorsement to legal

Encoding of field results and daily itinerary for assigned field officer/s

Consolidation of tele-collectors attempts with status

Inter office errands such as docs for signatory by other department/department heads

Preparation and allocation of accounts per tele-collector base on supervisor/manager’s/management directives

Preparation of accounts for SMS blasting/VIBER blasting/messenger blasting/email blasting

Preparation of consolidated accounts for special project/task force/skip tracing force/team
