Branch Manager

· Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and achieve revenue targets

· Identify business opportunities and potential clients in the market

· Manage, coach and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance

· Monitor sales activities and create reports for upper management

· Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained to foster customer loyalty

· Coordinate with the marketing department to develop promotional campaigns and materials

· Manage the branch budget and allocate funds appropriately

· Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally

· Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and plan future campaigns

· Stay updated with the latest banking services and products

· Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines

· Proven branch management experience, as a bank manager or similar role

· Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practises

· Ability to meet sales targets and production goals

· Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations

· Excellent organizational skills

· Results driven and customer focused

· Leadership and human resources management skills

· BS in Business Administration or related field
