Job Profile and Description

Sales Executives are responsible for the maximization of sales for a company’s products. They help in the turnover of sales and provide data’s regarding changes required in the product to meet customer standards. They are people who reach towards the customer directly.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Sales Executive

Defines the prospective client

Identifies business opportunities by evaluating their position in the industry

Promotes and sells all handled products with customer satisfaction.

Manages to set an appointment to the end user/procurement/purchasing department.

Submits itinerary to reporting head personnel.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Attends site inspection, if applicable

Coordinates with the sourcing team regarding the inquiries of the client

Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Skills and Specifications Requirements

Strong Communication skills with strong business-related knowledge.

The ability and desire for sales job with a confident and determined approach.

Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals.

Should possess the skill to work both in a team and perform independently.

Should be capable of thriving in competitive markets.

The candidate should have some work experience in dealing with the customers.

Must show initiative and creativity to suggest ideas that improve the team’s ability to meet/ exceed goals and objectives.

Identify strategic for enhancing the capabilities for sales performance.

Must be organized in time management.

Education and Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or equivalent.

Male/ Female, not more than 40 years old.

3 years’ experience as Sales Executive for trading or service company that sells in manufacturing, power plant and other heavy industry.

Must be willing to travel.

Must establish/build good customer relationship.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft office or google workspace and zoom

Excellent background in creating partnerships with prospective clients.

Keen on details, highly analytical, resourceful, and proactive.
