Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced technical PMO to establish and lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining and maintaining project management standards, providing guidance and support to project managers, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement PMO processes and standards.
Monitor and report on project status and performance.
Provide training, support, and guidance to project managers.
Facilitate project portfolio management and prioritization.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and engagement.
Coordinate resource allocation and manage project risks.
Promoting continuous improvement in project management practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
At least 7 years of project management experience, with 3-5 years in a PMO leadership role.
Strong knowledge of project management and QA methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
