JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

Ensures proper implementation of the day to day Post-tensioning activities and safety procedures

within set project timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensures that work on site are implement timely, quality, accurately and completely according

to company standard.

2. Maximizes the productivity of the workforce.

3. Responsible on proper operation of stressing and grouting machines.

4. Ensures that project personnel compliance to health and safety standards as established.

5. Ensures the proper utilization of all tools and equipment used on site.

6. For onsite fabrication projects, proper cutting and documentation of strands based on

approved Job Orders.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

1. Vocational or Trade Course graduate.

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Post-tensioning projects as skilled worker.

3. Knowledgeable in all Post-tensioning activities.

4. Able to operate grouting and stressing machine.

5. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.

6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.

7. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.

8. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
