Experience: 1+ year
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated individual with a genuine interest in helping others. We need people to work directly with patients who have a variety of medical issues and different levels of physical functioning. We're looking for candidates with the communication skills necessary to build rapport and establish trust with patients, as well as the ability to handle stressful situations in the workplace.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with patients, visitors, and staff.
Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
Use good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
Collaborate with physicians and staff to provide compassionate care to patients and their families.
Provide bedside assistance to patients.
Monitor patient's condition.
Evaluate interaction with patients.
