Lead Finance Specialist - Manufacturing Operations

Salary: $90-125K DOE

We're seeking a dynamic Lead Finance Specialist to drive optimal performance and profitability for an exciting manufacturing company in Skaneateles, NY. This role is pivotal in managing financial activities, from cost accounting and inventory controls to product fulfillment and P&L oversight. You'll be instrumental in shaping the strategy for the site and ensuring effective execution of finance-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee manufacturing finance activities, including planning, pacing, and closing

Manage P&L and balance sheet activities, focusing on cost accounting, inventory controls, and COGS booking

Advise functional managers on finance-related projects, processes, and procedures

Lead and contribute to a variety of projectsWhat We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, or a related field (or high school diploma/GED with 4+ years of finance experience)

Minimum of 3 years in Operations or Finance

Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
