Accounting / AP Specialist

Job Description

LHH is currently accepting applications for an Accounting/AP Specialist with a client located in Aurora, Ohio. This is a position is fully onsite. You must reside within reasonable commuting distance to Aurora to be considered for this position.

Direct hire position, 100% onsite, hours 8-5pm

Pay Range $40,000 - $50,000

1-3 years’ experience, degree preferred, will consider related work experience.

· Invoice entry, coding, approvals, payment vouchering, volume 300- 400 invoices a week

· Uploading credit card statement into system, making sure everything is posted, AP accruals, expense reports are handled through Concur.

· 3-way matching (shipping docs, to invoices, to PO)

· Retrieval system we scan everything into

· JD Edwards, OnBase, Excel (helpful, VLOOKUP’s/pivots)
