18 years or older with minimum 2 years driving experience (personally or professionally)

Valid, non-expired driver license

Proof of non-expired insurance that meets the requirements of the licensing state

5 Year Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) clear of certain violations. Must present at interview

Your own vehicle that's passed state inspection
